Customized Config file
Its come to our attention many of you are experiencing bad frame rates, this is not a problem with your computers more of a “Cap” from treyarch to try and keep things fair.
Firstly go back up your config file now before you even read on..
OK done that ? well now head over to http://bashandslash.com/ they have provided a full tutorial so you can edit your config & other files. CallofDuty5.TV hold no responsability for your actions we can only advise you to back up firstly before attempting to modify any files. So far treyarch have not said you cant edit these files and are not considered “Call of Duty World at War Hacks” that said im sure someone will call out hack if you mention you have modified files. Anyway Good luck and please use our forums and let us know how you go with these mods.
Call of Duty World at War Mod Tools
Sorry i am posting this a few days late (Had a lot going on of late) Treyarch have released a new set of Mod Tools for the Call of Duty World at War community. You can read the full article here:

You do however need to sign up to be granted access to these, but with the amount of Mods that call of duty 5 had these tools will be very popular, I highly recommend checking out these tools. We will post some tutorials of our own in a few weeks once we work out how the new ones work.
Profile Backup Tool
Firstly Credits go to “[PSI]SnowWhite” for releasing this !!
This tool will enable you to backup your profile incase of the Activision master servers failing. There was some reported down time over the last few days, everything seems back on track but just in case it happens again it would be wise to backup your profile.
[PSI]SnowWhite has made both a XP & Vista version of this tool, so please stop by the forums and say thanks to him, he’s gone out of his way to help out around here.

Call of Duty World at War Patch v1.1
Yep 99% of people are still waiting for Call of Duty 5 / Call of Duty World at War to turn up from their online order and already we have a Call of Duty World at War Patch. - Mods are now enabled in Co-op, Single Player, and Multiplayer.

- Server no longer runs out of script variables.
- License key is no longer required to run a Dedicated Server.
- A Dedicated Server can now be started from the Command Line via Remote Desktop Connection.
- Various fixes in Server Browser.
- Players will no longer see multiple friend invites from the same friends.
- When a player calls in a recon plane in a Hardcore match, the HUD will properly appear.
- Clan Tags will now display in game where appropriate.
- Map holes fixed
- Spawn improvements and weapon balancing
