You may miss out on the first shipment, a growing number of people who are trying to secure a copy of call of duty world at war from their local store have been turned away & told to try else where, As we wrote a few days ago about the call of duty world at war “Supply & Demand” situation. I don’t like saying “we were right” but we are lol.
With such a late beta it seemed almost impossible to copy, package & distribute 5+ million copies of call of duty world at war in only a week and now the cracks are starting to appear, (No wonder Activision & Treyarch don’t talk, they are too busy packaging your games) i bet even the managers are down of the factory floors helping package the game. So anyway we decided to call these stores to see if we could pre order / reserve a copy over the phone and unfortunately the emails we received were correct. This does stress the importance of Pre Ordering your copy of call of duty world at war.
You can Pre Order online, and choose to pick it up from your local store, But the chances of you walking into your local game shop on the release date and getting a copy are getting slimer & slimer. We cant get any confirmation of when the second shipment will arrive we just know that if you havn’t pre ordered call of duty world at war that its likley you will be told you have to wait. With the call of duty world at war Double XP weekend coming up you really dont want to be 2 weeks late into the hottest game this year.
